Aramis Scoresheet ("the App") is a fencing scoresheet application developed by mestahh. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is used.
Match data, fencer names and settings are stored locally
on your device only, using iOS encrypted storage (Keychain via
expo-secure-store). We do not upload, sync, or back up this
data to any server we operate.
The App offers an optional iCloud backup feature for the fencer roster. When enabled, roster data is stored in the user's own iCloud private database via Apple's CloudKit framework.
The App includes a backup & restore feature that saves all competition data (pools, brackets, team matches, roster) to a JSON file on your device. You can:
This feature is strictly file-in / file-out. No data is sent to any server.
The App does not collect personal data such as your name, email, location, contacts, browsing history, photos, or device identifiers for advertising. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included.
The App is free to install and to use the core pool-sheet feature. The optional Aramis Premium upgrade unlocks the 5-pool cap, Direct Elimination tableau, and Team Matches. Premium is offered as:
aramis_premium_yearly) at $19.99 / year, andaramis_lifetime) at $39.99.Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never receive your payment details.
To deliver and validate purchases the App uses RevenueCat as a server-side receipt-validation provider. RevenueCat processes:
This data is used solely to determine whether your purchase is active. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking across apps or websites. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
The App does not request the App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the IDFA. No advertising SDK is integrated.
Aside from Apple's App Store / StoreKit and RevenueCat (purchase validation only — see §5), the App integrates no third-party SDKs that collect user data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Because no personal data leaves your device through us, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. You can clear all local app data by uninstalling the App. iCloud backup data lives in your own iCloud account — to remove it, sign in to iCloud.com and delete the Aramis data there, or disable iCloud backup in the App and delete the App (iCloud data is not automatically removed on uninstall). For data held by Apple about your purchases, use iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions / Purchase History. For data held by RevenueCat, contact us and we will forward the deletion request.
